MONA: Modal Shift, Routing and Nudging Solutions in Nature Areas for Sustainable Tourism
What is it about?
The project "MONA - Modal Shift, Routing and Nudging Solutions in Nature Areas for Sustainable Tourism" is an initiative within the Interreg Northwest Europe programme with the aim to develop a more sustainable tourism in nature areas in Northwest Europe. The participating partners will collect and analyse different type of data, providing a basis for future action. Additionally, a communication and marketing concept will be developed. This aims at positively influencing the behaviour of tourists in the sense of sustainable tourism. Furthermore, different approaches for behaviour control will be tested and training and events will be organised.
