When a healthy, viable premature baby is, essentially, given up for adoption by a healthy mother that wants an abortion, who should bear the cost?

1. Canadians at large through our healthcare system, or
2. by just the people who are willing and choose to (eg Go Fund Me or NGO), or
3. by registered charities, so the cost is shared on a roughly 50/50 basis between 1 & 2, taxpayers and people who choose.  (Donations cover the cost if full, but get about 50% of it back in their taxes.)
