Click on "Register" in the upper right corner to create a profile. For registration, you must provide a valid email address and set a password. Users also choose their profile name during registration, which will then appear with comments and ideas. It is possible to use a pseudonym as a profile name. After you register, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. Please click on the confirmation link. You can then log in with your profile details and participate online.

Project initiators can set projects as private if only certain people should participate. If you receive an email with an invitation to such a private project, click on "Accept invitation."

If you are not yet a user on adhocracy+, you must now register (as explained in the previous step). When you confirm your email, the invitation to the private project on adhocracy+ will be displayed again. Alternatively, you can also click on the link in the invitation email again.

If you are already registered on adhocracy+, you only need to log in and can then view the private project. (For this to work, you must be registered with the same email address with which you received the invitation to the private project)

To do this, click on "Log in" in the upper right corner. To log in, you need your username, your email address, and the associated password.

On adhocracy.plus there are three different levels.

Organisations

On adhocracy+ there are pages for organisations (such as cities, districts, or associations). On these pages you will find basic information about the organisation and also all published participation projects of the organisation.

Projects

Project pages belong to specific participation projects. There you will find information about the project, the participation process, and possibly the results via the various tabs.

Using the "Follow" function, you can activate notifications for the project. This way you always stay up to date with the current state of the discussion. The notifications can be deactivated again at any time in the same place.

If you are already on a project page, you can return to the overview of all projects of this organisation via the organisation's logo.

Modules

In the "Participation" tab of a project, there can be multiple modules through which you can participate (possibly at different times) in different ways. Depending on which modules are used in a project, you can comment, create ideas, or rate the comments and ideas of other people.

Via the tab in the upper right corner, you can access your user account settings. There you can change your username, profile picture, password, email, and much more.

You can delete your account independently:

• Navigate to your user account settings
• Select the menu item "Delete account"
• Enter your password
• Click on "Delete account"
• After confirmation, your account will be deleted

Please note that deleting your account will result in the permanent removal of all associated data and content, including your comments, ideas, and votes.
