Our Flagship Event (Brainstorming, Prioritization)
We are planning another event, and for this we are first looking for ideas. Once these have been collected, we in the management team consider various concepts, which should then be prioritized by the employees in the next step.
As every year we want to organize a big flagship event with exciting speakers and even more exciting discussions. The event serves to present us as an organisation to the outside world, to make new contacts and to deepen old ones.
We appreciate the input of all employees. That's why we like to include everyone who is interested in sharing their ideas with us in the planning process.
There are three rough phases: First, all employees can brainstorm topics and speakers. No idea is too big, none too small.
Next, the management team sits down together to work out some concepts, maybe cluster some ideas.
In the last step, these concepts are reflected back to the team, and everyone is invited to prioritize again. The idea with the most votes will be implemented!
