Lebensmittel und Restaurant Lieferung mit einen lieferservice.

Hi everyone,  We are retail/wholesale bakery in Kreuzberg trying to help establish a network to support producers and restaurants and give people good quality products with a fair delivery fee from a responsible delivery company. We don't want to deliver sickness. 

   We are already moving forward with this, the shop is open four days and keeping us and other businesses afloat already. We will be adding another delivery hub in Mitte on Wednesday and more.

 We are using shopify and Google sheets, the collective we work with uses Coopcycle, we are interested in hub management from open farm network.  We need help connecting the pieces. Or hearing what might work in this situation.  How do we make this as easy to use for customers and businesses to self manage?   We are overwhelmed by businesses asking to be on our platform.  We do not want to profit or own the network, we want to make a template for other groups of businesses to self organise and use a unified collective of couriers.   We deliver between 50-90 deliveries in Kreuzberg /Neukölln only and have only been open four days. We want to share the platform but cannot do all the organisation for the other businesses.  The more businesses join, the more delivery fees go into a shared pot that pays the couriers a good stable wage.   We are already moving with this, we have just made a lot more work for ourselves, we are fortunate to have resources and people to kick start this and work in solidarity.
