With the latest release of adhocracy+, we are introducing exciting new features and improvements to our participation platform.

New Landingpage and Updated Colour Pallet

Our participation platform has received a new landing page featuring a fresh design and enhanced overview functionality. We have also updated the colour scheme across the entire platform.

New User Menu

The user menu, which is available to all registered users, has been redesigned and is now even clearer and easier to navigate.

New Notification Center

In addition to the redesigned user menu, we have introduced a new notification functionality. It provides users with a central place to stay informed about important updates, messages, and system notifications, ensuring that no relevant information is missed. Within the notification page, different categories help users quickly identify new activity and maintain an overview of what requires their attention. For initiators in particular, this new feature makes communication with participants easier: they are notified when new contributions are submitted to their projects or when moderation tasks require their attention. This enables participation processes to be managed and supported more efficiently.

Improved Navigation

To further improve the user flow within participation processes, we have introduced a “breadcrumb” navigation. This feature helps users better orient themselves within organizations and projects and allows them to return to higher-level overview pages with just a few clicks. Especially in larger and more complex participation processes, this significantly improves navigation and usability.
