What is the benefit of a common agenda?

Whether as a company or a GmbH: Bringing all relevant people to a table for a plenum is often complex and must be well prepared. This includes a well-prepared agenda for the meeting. Especially in companies, democratic processes can often be practiced and learned. This is especially true when flat hierarchies determine day-to-day business. For meetings that involve joint decisions, the agenda should therefore be open to everyone. While it may seem at first glance that the participation of everyone in the creation of the agenda means a lot more work for the organizers, this is not the case in practice. Working out your agenda in advance with everyone saves you discussions on changing the agenda in plenary. In addition, a common agenda that is created in advance is more motivating for everyone.

Tip: For some meetings or plenaries it makes sense to set a fixed framework for agenda items (reports, organizational matters) and to determine the rest together.
