Data processing
If you use the FutuRSI-adhocracy.plus-platform, your information will be stored for the purpose of processing the input and feedback. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling your input and feedback) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication). We use the platform for gathering feedback on the conceptualisation process. It is inherently set up to allow the interaction with and of platform users.

Data storage
The data will be stored until the end of the FutuRSI project, which is March 31, 2028.

Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data,
- Request correction or deletion,
- Request restriction of processing,
- Object to the processing,
- Withdraw consent at any time,
- Request data portability,
- File a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority.

Local Supervisory Authority
If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the presumed violation. This does not preclude other administrative or judicial remedies.
